When settlement is not viable, he is a seasoned litigator appearing before family law judges for over 25 years and has a well-established reputation for assertiveness and persuasion.

Mr. Dench provides clients with a confident path of resolution involving all aspects of family law and personally guides them each step of the way. Because every family is different and dynamic, quality and attention to detail is required for a positive outcome.

His work as a family law Mediator and Temporary Settlement Judge has given him a unique vantage point to view both sides of high conflict divorces that greatly benefits his clients.

Distinguished as a Board Certified Family Law Specialist, Mr. Dench has held a variety of leadership positions in the family law community including President for both the East West Family Law Council and Western San Bernardino County Bar Association. He received a 2023 Arbitrator re-appointment to the California State Bar Mandatory Fee Arbitration program involving fee disputes between attorneys and their clients.
